Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of solvethesource.com and the online products and services offered directly by SOLVE THE SOURCE, LLC. An individual product, program, promotion, or checkout may have additional terms. Where those terms differ, the terms presented for that specific offering apply.

Individualized clinical care may also involve separate patient consent, scheduling, and payment information provided to you by the practice.

By using the website or purchasing an offering, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase through the site.

Your account

Provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your login details secure, and let us know promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end access if an account is used in violation of these terms. You may stop using your account at any time; stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Purchases, payments, and availability

Prices, features, and availability are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future orders. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to authorization. If a payment fails, access to a paid offering may be interrupted until the issue is resolved.

We may correct listing errors or cancel an order affected by an error, unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the amount paid for the canceled item or service.

Subscriptions and cancellations

A subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel it. To cancel, follow the instructions provided with your purchase or in your account, or contact us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not refund unused time in that period unless the specific offer says otherwise or applicable law requires it.

If we change a subscription’s price, we will notify you of a material increase before it takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.

Returns and digital purchases

Return eligibility for physical goods depends on the terms shown for that purchase and the condition of the item. Digital content is generally nonrefundable once accessed, unless the specific offer says otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. Any separate guarantee or promotion will be governed by the terms presented with that offer.

Content and intellectual property

The website, materials, methods, names, logos, and other content provided by SOLVE THE SOURCE, LLC are owned by the company or used with permission. Tennessee law governs these terms, subject to consumer protections that apply where you live. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

We may update these terms as our website and offerings change. We will post the revised terms with a new date and provide 30 days’ notice of material changes. Changes do not alter the terms of a completed purchase unless the applicable purchase terms or law allow it.
