What to wear
Wear athletic clothing you can move in comfortably. Plan to bend, stretch, and move during your visit. If you’re receiving dry needling, wear clothing that can be adjusted to access the area being treated.
What to do when you arrive
Go to the 4th floor and wait in the eSpaces reception area. Text Dr. Hasenbank at 615-600-4747 to let him know you’ve arrived. He’ll text you when it’s time to come back or meet you in the waiting area.
